Our exchange policy lasts 15 days, so we will offer exchanges for items and situations raised within that timeframe. We highly recommend you and your little one to try on the sandals as soon as they arrive.
If you ordered the wrong size, please notify us immediately on receipt of the shoes.

Ensure the sandals are not worn or used before you send them back as we will not be able to accept used or dirty items. The sandals must be on the original packaging in order to be accepted.
You will need to send the wrong-sized sandals back to 54 Leinster Grove, Thornbury VIC 3071 at your own cost. Upon receiving the sandals, we will send a new size back (this time we will cover the shipping).
Please note we are only able to do one exchange per transaction so measure your little one's new size carefully.
Refunds are only available only for products that are defective or damaged. In this instance, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org immediately upon receipt of your shoes. Please note that this does not include products damaged in transit, which should be resolved directly with Australia Post.
Also note that we check all items for defects before they are mailed to you - as such, refunds are a very extraordinary thing for us. Please make sure you take a photo and have proof of your sandals arriving in a defective or damaged state.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
