Exchanges from Australia

We do allow for exchanges if you have ordered the wrong size, one exchange for free is available for every order. If more exchanges are required, please note there will be a shipping fee on the second exchange.

You can exchange any sandals' sizes, with the exception of those sandals that were purchased in the CLEARANCE section.

Our exchange policy lasts 30 days from your order date, so we will offer exchanges for items and situations raised within that timeframe. We highly recommend you and your little one to try on the sandals as soon as they arrive.

If you need to exchange, please notify us immediately on receipt of the shoes. Email us at contact@menorcasandals.com.au with details and the request for exchange.

Ensure the sandals are not worn or used before you send them back as we will not be able to accept worn sandals. The sandals must be on the original packaging in order to be accepted.

You will need to send the sandals you require an exchange for to  the below address at your own cost.

Upon receiving the sandals, we will send the new size back (for the first exchange, we will cover the shipping).

Please note we are only able to do one exchange per order

Exchanges from New Zealand

You can exchange any sandals' sizes, with the exception of those sandals that were purchased in the CLEARANCE section.

Please note that we don't exchange colours due to change of mind.
Our exchanges are limited to sizing.

Refunds

Refunds are available only for full-priced sandals (never the pairs on CLEARANCE).

Clearance pairs

Clearance pairs are heavily reduced in price.
Clearance pairs cannot be refunded or exchanged and please note we make no exceptions.
